Socio-ecosystem approach as a reflection of specific development of Arctic territories

The article reveals the essence of socio-ecosystem approach, based on the most comprehensive knowledge about ecosystems and ethnic groups living in the arctic territory. Substantiates the list of fundamental principles that reflect the conditions for its implementation. We prove the existence of a close relationship with the geo-ecological and socio-economic approach, as well as consideration of the feasibility of this approach as one of the tools of the equilibrium of nature.
